As one of the leading local family monument businesses in Delaware, we attribute our reputation to the lasting customer relationships we’ve developed throughout the years. We believe that all of our customers deserve the highest level of service and that is what we provide.
Our family has been in the monument business for over 75 years. William L. Lloyd, Jr. started Lloyd Memorials in 1946 along with his son, William L. Lloyd III. In 1972 Mark Lloyd began working along side his father. William Lloyd, Mark Lloyd's son, worked with his father for 19 years until 2015.
In 2016, William Lloyd started his own cemetery lettering business, Lloyd's Stoneworks and in 2020 expanded into the sale and installation of cemetery monuments. William, the owner of Lloyd StoneWorks, is now assisted by his wife Kelly and three children, Christopher, Madison and Nathan.
